This was written to commemorate the great life of Edinburgh legend, veteran and philanthropist, Tom Gilzean.

100% of all profits from the sale of this track will be donated to Tom's charity funds, now overseen by the Gilzean family.

Born in 1920, Tom devoted the later years of his life to raising money for various charities in Edinburgh notably Edinburgh Childrens Hospital Charity and Erskine Personnel Recovery Centre.

An inspirational man and a leading light for Edinburgh, Tom could be found on the streets of Edinburgh in all weathers, right up into his late 90s, despite ongoing ailments or personal injury. Always devoted to his cause.

Over his years of efforts, Tom raised £1m of funds for his chosen charities. I hope that my tribute to Tom will help contribute to his amazing legacy.
